Execution: Leveraging our extensive partner network across China, we scaled up production immediately. We used high-speed laser cutting for precision and robotic welding to ensure consistent joint strength across all units.
Value-Added: We performed a full assembly fit-check verification before shipping.
Result: By coordinating between our internal team and partners, we delivered the first batch of 2,000 units within two weeks, preventing a production line stoppage for the client.
